This was literally "the hit" gift for Christmas. A lot of fun while also improving stamina and getting in a decent cardio workout. A little frustrating to start but once you get the hang of it it is a blast. A little pricey for what it is but worth it in my opinion.

It is an okay form of exercise. The videos make it looks easier than it is. It takes some practice before you get any good at it.

We had fun with this game for the moment. Will probably pull it again out this next holiday season, but everybody enjoyed this game.

I had no prior boxing experience, and technically still don't. But this is a great & inexpensive amusing product for either blowing off a little steam if you're pissed off, or getting an upper body workout and a good laugh in the bargain.I've only used the beginner ball, and went from lockdowns & being sedentary to trying to find ways to motivate myself to actually move and get some exercise — I also had some people pissing me off, so I wanted a speed bag and figured there had to be one that I could attach to a doorframe. This is even better, actually. Far less expensive, easily portable, lightweight, comes with an extra headband & beginner ball if you want to entertain a friend or family member too, and if you get good at it there's more challenging balls to try out.I got some boxing glove liners which have padding for my knuckles and glad I did, I have a connective tissue disorder and can bruise easily. Occasionally the ball comes back at you and you can't or don't dodge and get bopped in the face or shoulder but it's like getting hit by a nerf ball, that's pretty easy to laugh off. But when punching the ball there's the combined motion of the punch and the ball combing back at you to contend with, so I'd recommend some type of hand protection so repeated whacking your knuckles doesn't cause any issues.This is a great upper back workout, if you move around a lot while doing it, bend your knees slightly, duck & dodge, you'll get core and lower body while you're at it. You can have fun, work out to music or pretend you're punching some dork who made you angry and get a workout before you know it. Highly recommend for siblings who should hit the ball instead of each other.

Got for my grandkids for Christmas, they were not empressed

I saw a boxer using one of these at my gym and he told me he go them on Amazon. I choose this product because it had 4 balls and 2 headbands. I absolutely love this and it helps with hand eye coordination, focus and it's fun. The headbands are quality - with adjustable velcro and can be used for more than just this product. I have already mastered the beginning level ball and am trying the next one level - there are 3 levels in all. All other products that I researched only had one ball, or one headband. This was the best deal and it ended up to be a great product. All my friends to try it now!

These are fantastic - the kids have been playing with these since they got them Great workout & a lot of fun. Comes with extra cords & very easy to put together for hours of fun!
