Something is off and different with this item ordered same from Ocado and something is different as from this place my doggy didn’t even eat it so had to bin it ;( and from Ocado the very same he did eat - really upsetting what a waste of money !

Value for money

The product itself is great, but the description is extremely misleading.In view of other posts, I very carefully read that it said 12 x 100g pouches, but it said "4 pack" in the picture, in the Technical Details it said number of items 4, Quantity 4.The rrp was £16 (which is 4 x £4) the usual amount in the shops and it said 47% discount, so for £8.50 I truly thought that I would be getting 4 packs of 12.What was delivered was, you've guessed it just one pack of 12.I cannot fault Amazon customer service, but the advert itself is not correct.

Desperate purchase but won't be paying this again

£9.38 for 12 pouches is absolutely scandalous. Why am I paying for Prime and getting tipped off.
