They work…wonderfully!
Sound quality is great, and also great value for money. I lost the left earpiece on my original set and rather than purchase one from the Apple Store, this, refurbished set came in and around the same price, so it was a no-brainer!

Faulty.
Product arrived packaged very well. However, within the first couple of days they stopped working properly. The bluetooth connection became very faulty and the quality of sound was consequently very poor. Had to return. Very disappointed.

Disappointed
Very disappointing, one EarPod did not work. I am not sure I had the option of requesting a replacement product, I think I only had the choice of a refund. I paid the postage back and find from £99 I get £55 back, why why? A new pair from Apple const £129. I now have nothing and have paid £45 + postage.9

Waste of Money!!!
Don’t buy this product guys. I got this just 2 months ago and it has stopped working. Both ears. The first one stopped and after a while the other stopped.
