This Is Owl

I originally bought this book for my grandson because I am a raptor rescue volunteer. My grandson has seem many owls up close so this book has a special meaning for him. This time I purchased the book for a dear friend who is taking care of her grandson full-time. She has already told me it is one of his favorite books. Not only is the story wonderful but the interactactive pages are as well.

Great interactive book to read together!

My 20-month old son loves this book and asks me to read it every night. I love how each page has an interactive component, like tickle the owl's tummy to wake him, blow a kiss to baby owl, etc. Any child into owls will enjoy this book!

I live this book! It’s interactive but done so in a tasteful and easy way that I can use in a 2 yr old and on a 5 yr old. Wish there were books like this.

My three year old loves interactive books. My five year old loves owls. This book has both, and they both love listening to the story!

The book came to us in great condition. My children love having us read to this to them. It is fun and interactive and the kids get to help ”wake” owl up, tickle his tummy, and also turn multiple pages on one page to find surprises. Would highly recommend.

my 17 mo old LOVES this book. The interactive elements are perfect for her developmentally. It's engaging, it holds her attention, and is so cute. highly recommend!

This book is not appropriate for children. When Owl meets another owl, they have an egg. They do not refer to the other owl as mommy owl but just "other owl" implying there is no mother to the chick. You must have a female owl to produce an egg for a baby owl!I promptly returned this book.

Such a lovely, interactive book. Both my (almost) two year old and three year old love it and have done since they were one and two. Bought this as a present for a kids party as I don't think most people know it.

Fabulous interactive book that encourages children to immerse themselves in the story. Theme/concept of story develops well throughout book with lots to explore. Standard paper pages so may not be as robust for younger children to explore independently.
