A friend of mine recently told me that her hubby has been taking a magnesium that was giving him sound sleep as it had 7 diff magnesium’s in it. I was very intrigued and asked which brand. I was told bioptimizers.I’m American living in Scotland and met me tell you it’s sometimes very hard to find the products us Americans like to use.My gastro put me on 600 mg of magnesium over 10 years ago to help me have bowel movements. I have been taking Bluebonnet chelated magnesium for about that long however when I came over to Scotland’s I could not get that product any longer and have been struggling to find something that would actually help me. When I researched bioptimizer brand I knew I had to try it. Firstly I took one after dinner to see how I would feel as it has 7 diff kinds! The next night I tried 2 after dinner and I was pretty tired. The 3rd night I took one with dinner and one before bed and that for me was the magic balanced dose. Bought this product after hearing lots from the makers at bioptismisers on a podcast I listen to. I have always been interested in the benefits of magnesium on the body and have over the years taken many different strengths and types .After listening to the podcast I knew I wanted to take a more complete form of magnesium. You won’t fine a more complete form than this.I suffer from endometriosis, migraines , anxiety and Depression . My endometriosis cause me great pain in my back , pelvis and legs , including restless legs.It had only been I week since I’ve started taking these and I’m already feeling the positive effects I’m my sleep. Falling asleep quicker and not waking up In the night . I am hoping to see more benefits with my pain over time but one this I have noticed is that I haven’t had a migraine or even a headache in the last week so that is definite big thumbs up for me . Will definitely be ordering this brand again.

So I definitely felt the difference taking these, after 3 days, but the bottle barely last me the whole month. My husband and I both need to take magnesium so it would be better if they had a larger bottle with twice as many pills. That being said, they are really easy to swallow and do the job well. Very high quality magnesium as I did a lot of research. Less aches and pains, followed by eating less processed foods.I had to bump it down my rating based on the amount you get for the price. If you are not bothered about the price, get these! You won’t be disappointed!

I tried Bioptimizers Magnesium Breakthrough after success with their MassZymes digestive enzyme pills and the P3-OM probiotics. The quality and care this firm takes comes through, I feel, those are both great products. Magnesium is something I have been taking with Covid in mind and also the general sense that magnesium is needed in so many body functions just as I was bathing in magnesium flakes. I didn't give it much thought after that but recently read Paul Chek, a top holistic health practitioner and instructor, saying how vital magnesium was for sleep and calm and that a good magnesium supplement would have all variations (not the scientific term I am sure) of magnesium in order to maximise benefits. This one does. And after reading what Paul had to say I noticed that yes, I have been sleeping better and feeling calmer since taking it. And so I shall continue to take it. The price is good and I recommend it.

I rarely write reviews but I had to for this one! I work in a health shop and sell many different supplements, including magnesium. None of them touch this one! I heard about it on a podcast, which I trust on quality information. I am a self confessed health geek so this brand got me interested.I love that it is not synthetic, therefore more available to our cells. It contains ALL the different kinds of magnesium, which no other brand do and there are no nasties in either. Win win all round!I have had sleep issues on and off for years and have been using magnesium as a sleep aid. This one had me off to sleep very quickly and a deeper sleep too. I am delighted with it and will recommend and continue with it.

After feeling anxious and stressed for years it was mentioned to me about magnesium deficiency, so I searched online for a full spectrum. I was dubious especially with the price of them but I have noticed a massive difference in just 3 days of taking these tablets that I no longer have that knotted raw feeling in my stomach and chest which I usually get with anxiety. I bought this particular magnesium because I trust the company having used other supplements from them, which I felt really made a difference. My main reason for buying a magnesium supplement is to try and help my poor sleep pattern. It was important for me to find the full spectrum magnesium and this is precisely what Bioptimizers produce.As far as cost goes, who’d ever buy the cheapest when your health is at stake? However, I think these are very reasonably priced considering they actually work!

These were advertised as the best magnesium but they made me feel quite sick. I took 2 in the evening for several nights before I decided to give up. They say there are no fillers (I am sensitive to many supplements) so I was hoping these would be different. Might work for some. Returns look like an awful lot of HASSLE - no way to contact seller directly and I have to courier them back at a high cost in order to get a refund :-( Not happy.
