These socks are great but please take into consideration the health of your pets. I purchased these to keep my dogs sensitive paws CLEAN while walking in public places and to protect the leather seats in my car, They work VERY WELL for what I need. I read another review that said they bought them because their dog always chews on their paws.IF YOUR PET IS CHEWING ON THEIR PAWS + IF YOUR PET IS SCRATCHING ALL THE TIME The paws are the most sensitive part of your dog. Chewing on their paws until they bleed is not normal behavior, Neither is excessive scratching. They have a bacteria that is growing on their skin that causes this. Please take your pet to the vet for some steroids. You will also want to get some vet recommended shampoo (which can be found on amazon but I am not trying to promote that) The shampoo is antibacterial and anti fungal. Do not buy the cheaper options as they have less of % of the medicine needed in the product. They will also itch and scratch a lot if the bacteria is on other parts of the skin. Sometimes hair loss is visible in patch's, along with flaky oily skin that some times leaves a bad odor on your hand after scratching them. To help give your pet relief they have a shot now that blocks the receptors that makes your dog "itch", this can be administered by the vet. The first time I gave my pet this shot she slept for 2 days because she was finally peaceful. I have a 15 year old dog who is loosing strength in his back legs. He has trouble getting up off of slick floors. I just put a sock on each of his back legs and the problem is solved! They fit well and stay put until I take them off. My dog doesn't mind them at all. I have tried other brands and had a problem with the socks falling down and eventually off.

These work ok. We are using one to try to keep our 14 year old golden from licking his paw that is having allergic reaction. Some days he is gracious to us and wears it and other days he is cutting school and smoking cigarettes.Just kidding! He just goes outside my office and hids his bones.

I bought these for my beagle who keeps chewing her paws. I tried everything to get her to stop these socks size medium fit perfect. They have velcro straps to keep them from falling off and makes it tougher for Bella to try and get off. I Highly recommend

We've tried all the sticky paw pads for my aging, arthritic dog whose legs slip and splay on the tile floor. The ones with the great adhesive didn't have enough rubbery stuff to keep his legs from splaying, and the ones with enough rubbery stuff wouldn't stay on his feet more than a day. I couldn't even imaging him letting me apply adhesive and then sticking his foot into a tray of granules - he thinks I'm killing him whenever I touch his feet. So I gave these a try. He's a 30-pound heeler mix, so I bought mediums. The socks are long enough to go up over his knee (back legs) and the velcro holds them in place really well. They don't bother him at all - he doesn't chew or pick at them. I like that the rubber feet are printed top and bottom, so it doesn't matter which way they go on, and when he gets the zoomies, they do twist around a bit. I wish they had just a little more rubbery stuff because if they stop where the rubber is on the sides, he does slip and slide. But it just takes a minute to reach down and twist them one way or the other, and he's learned that I'm not killing him when I do that. At first we had them on all four feet, but if his back legs are steady with the socks on, his front legs don't slide, so just having two on is working great and I can wash the other two. They go through the laundry in a laundry bag and I let them air dry. I'm very pleased with these. I did learn, the hard way, that if his nails are too long, they will go through the toe fabric. That had the benefit of preventing the twisting, although it may shorten their usable life. I'm going to try darning them to extend that.

I am pleasantly surprised at these socks! They actually stay up! Maybe once in the whole day, one will come off when my dog accidently steps on it with another foot, but other than him doing that, they will stay up on their own. Not only that, but the double-sided grip is a must- you can never keep them from spinning while wearing, and with these you don't have to worry about your dog ever loosing traction.It also gives my dog great grip on my slippery wooden floors- he gets up with much more ease now.And lastly, my dog actually LIKES wearing them! I cant believe he doesn't lick or bite at them, or try to get them off at all- he seems very comfortable wearing them!I will be using these always!

I did a lot of research on which ones I wanted to purchase for a puppy. We were looking for one that would hold up and stay on a puppy that would rip and race around the house. They stay on wonderfully even though she runs and rips and races around. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who’s looking for a non-skid option for their dog.

I just received these, so I don’t know how long they will last. They were very easy to put on. I got these for my senior dog who can’t get up on my all time floors. Well now he has no problem getting up, I’m so happy. I hope they last longer then all the other brands I’ve used before, the others his big strong toe nails goes through the socks and I have to throw them away. I with they reinforced the toe area, that would really help.

Besten Socken bis jetzt für meine Hündin. Sie hat altersentsprechend Arthrose in den Pfoten. Die Socken helfen ihr in der Wohnung nicht zu rutschen und draußen dass die kleinen Steinchen nicht so weh tun. Bis jetzt noch kein Loch durch eine Kralle oder durch Steinchen/Untergrund. Halten recht gut da man sie noch extra zu Gurten kann. Wasserfest sind sie nicht, was gut ist, denn so sind sie atmungsaktiv. Ich würde sie trotzdem nicht den ganzen Tag anlassen. Größe ist wie angegeben und passen gut. Jederzeit wieder. Erleichtern meiner Hündin den Alltag.

My dog continually licked these socks when they were on his feet - where the velcro tied around the foot must have been on his dew claws as after 2 days of use they were swollen and red. Cannot use them anymore. This is a great concept but they need to tie in a different place.
