Consistent temp readings and togglable between Fahrenheit and Celsius
Bought this a few months back since it was the only affordable infrared thermometer I could find at the time. And I think it works pretty well for the price!I use this to monitor the temps in my snake's enclosure, and it gives me some pretty consistent numbers. So I think it does a good job for what it's supposed to do!I haven't tested it against another temp gun, but with the consistent readings, I'm pretty sure it's accurate.I love that you can turn the little screen brighter, to make reading numbers easier. Or, if the screen light hurts your eyes, you can turn it off with a simple button push. I also think it's neat you can turn the aiming laser on and off.Also! Huge props for there being a Fahrenheit and Celsius toggle! That's super handy, especially for those who are used to Non-American temps.My only complaint really is that it makes a beep-beep sound whenever you let go of the trigger, but for the lower price, it's tolerable.All and all, a nice affordable infrared thermometer gun!
