it was the wrong core for my vehicle
look I don't know if the choice was my fault or the company's... all I know is the part didn't work. the tubes were too long and had too much of a bend.. what ended up happening was I had to go to local auto parts store...

Perfect fit 1973 Chevy Nova
Seems to be well made and thicker than the brass heater core that came out. Not sure what happened with the other reviewer but this core fit perfectly into my 1973 Chevy Nova with no A/C. I like that the outlets are thicker so you can tighten down the hoses properly. Will update if it fails. Heater works great again.

Spouse works offshore. Return window closed before he got home to open box. Description on vehicles it would fit is false.
