As good as the original from 1969. Works as expected

My wind up Teddy Bear from my childhood stop playing music many years ago. I had no idea I could replace the music box. It sounds just like I remember. And now my 18 month old granddaughter can enjoy my teddy bear from my childhood!

I bought this to put inside of a stuffed animal for my grandchild & it works great!

Music box is a good value as a replacement for one that stopped working in a a stuffed toy. My only issue was that the music box did not play a tune when it arrived. I unscrewed the cover and found that the metal tangs were not contacting the pins on the revolving drum. An easy adjustment put the parts in contact and music ensued!

I've been using these music instruments in keep sake boxes that I make for a couple of years now. They are great.

I purchased this to replace a broken music box inside of a stuffed animal that my daughter received when she was a newborn. Taking out stitches and removing the old box took a lot longer than installing the new one. The old unit had an arm/stick that rotates with the unit which makes the stuffed animal's head sway from side to side. I was excited to see an extra hole on the side which matched the placement of the old arm. I had to absolutely destroy the old box to get this arm out and I was able to install it in the new box with no issues. I also was able to use the stuffed animal's turn switch. It fit perfectly as well. I then stitched up the stuffed animal and it was fixed! It took about an hour to fix start to finish, which included inspecting both boxes to figure out how they work. My little one is so excited to have her stuffed animal back in working condition. We talked about making other stuffed animals musical since there are other music boxes available with different songs.

Seems to be good quality but hasn’t been used much yet. Very pretty sound, it’s a replacement for under a doll cradle.

I am 65 years old. My youngest son and his wife are expecting their first child and my granddaughter is expecting her first. I used the wind ups to use in a music box I was making for the 2 babies to remember me by, I will not be here when they are in their 20s so I wanted to make sure they had something to remember their Nana by. These wind ups are great but I did order the song "You are my Sunshinee" but got the lullaby instead, but its works too. So worth the money for the memories.

After a few months of use it broke. Stopped working

I bought these to put inside the teddy bears that I made for two of my grandchildren. They were a great success and the music of Brahm's Lullaby just right for them. Reasonably priced too.

Product is labelled 18 Note Wind up Music Box Musical Movement - Plays "How Great Thou Art", I ordered / returned and reordered / returned this product twice as both times I received a Wind up Music Box that plays Braham's Lullaby. I am disappointed as that isn't what I wanted.
