Easy install, ok attached to ceiling
We have a 55" wide glass panel which is 78" tall, only about 5" from the ceiling in an upstairs bathroom. I was able to easily detach the connecting rod, cut it to 4", and attach it vertically to the ceiling and top corner of glass. I was lucky to have a joist to anchor it to directly, but you could use a sheetrock anchor and would provide a lot of stability.

Cannot actually support ANYTHING
The fact that it swivels literally means it cannot support anything in the X plane. This device is more decorative than anything.The reason it's not getting 1 star is because it did what it was designed to do - change it's angle in the X plane.If you're actually looking for a product that SUPPORT your glass because you're in need, then this is not the product for you.

Photos are a tad misleading. It’s shorter than you may think but it looks good and will suffice for now. The price it a bit much for what you get.

Doesn’t fit 1/2”
Says it fits 1/2” but does not. I held onto this for a project I needed it for now I can’t return.

Hard to install and not sturdy
Not sturdy, not worth the money, it almost made my glass shower fall. Not safe.

Piece of crap
Support mount broke within seconds while lightly tightening the Allan screws. Avoid this.
