These gummies are perfect for a burst of energy on the tennis court. I take them to every match and take a few as needed throughout my game. I find these keep my energy up more so than Gatorade does. Since I don't eat all the pieces from one bag in one sitting, I bring an extra snack-sized zip lock baggie along because they can get quite sticky once you open a package. Perfect snack when you need an extra boost of energy. I don’t need a whole pack and they are delicious! They taste slightly concentrated, so I only had a few while running my half marathon. But for On-The-Go energy, highly recommend!! Can’t beat that they’re organic too!!

I love these things. They are so good and they do provide a bolt of energy. These were strawberry and taste good, but mixed berry is my favorite. Nice and easy to grab a packet on the way out the door for work, or a quick boost in the afternoon.

I have been anxious to try these organic Energy chews and was skeptical Said they would help with my fatigue. I was pleasantly surprised. I did not get jitters and got a lot more done. There are two servings in the bag. I was surprised at the after calories per serving, but it’s worth it to me to have a natural means to help with fatigue.

My trainer recommended I eat a packet of these midway through my workout (about 35-40 minutes in). The only issue is that these are so sticky really stick to each other, and then leave your hands sticky after touching them. It is really hard to eat them at the gym unless you wash your hands before and after eating them. Due to that, I changed my mid-workout snack to a hydration packet from Skratch Labs. Even though I don't really like powder packets in general, these are so much more convenient to sip on during my workout.If you do like these and want to keep them with you during a workout, I purchased a little fabric change purse on Etsy, then sewed a piece of elastic the circumference of my water bottle on the top of the change purse and the bottom so that I could quickly slip it on and off my water bottle. Worked like a charm.
