What is your goal?
This is a great first bow for my 4 year old. Results will vary you internet trolls. So it’s accurate enough at 15ft it’s definitely not a power shooter, but it is a VERY GOOD teaching tool and easily accessible for beginners and very young children, the whisker biscuit alone puts it ahead of all other options. It is a solid step above a toy bow but for the price well worth its value as a transition tool.

Good for kids
5 year old can use it. Only goes about 20' even with me using it. Does not have enough power from 10' to stick into my target though.

Perfect 1st bow
Easy for both my 5 and 7 yo to play with. Vibrant color. We ordered more arrows because 3 was not enough. Easy to pull back and release.

Good starter for a 6-year old
I got this for my 6-yr old grandson after noticing how much he enjoyed shooting a Nerf bow toy. He really likes having a "real" bow like his dads and has been consistent in going out to practice. It's good to see a young kid learning to do something by listening to his parents and seeing that he can't hit the bullseye every time and how much practice helps. I think it teaches very good basic skills. I didn't want to spring for a better quality bow for a starter so this was a good first test with something that's a step above a toy. In a year or two I may review something of a higher level if he sticks with it.

Good starter bow - not adjustable FYI
Bought for my 6yr who is on the smaller side. They are able to pull this one back unlike the other youth options from this brand. It's not adjustable though, just a range of draw weight and length. The draw length is too large for my kid, but I just don't have them pull all the way back. That however decreases the power of the arrow shot & they have to stand much much closer to the target.Still a good bow for little beginners.

Great Starter Bow for young child
I purchased this bow and arrow package for my 7 yr. old girl. I was very pleased with the quality of the bow, arrows, and accessories that came in the package. The color is accurate, the arrows were straight and the fletching on the arrows was in good condition. My daughter was able to go right to shooting once out of the package. The shipping was terrible, I ordered this as an Amazon Prime 3 to 5 day ship and it was over 3 weeks before arrival and the original box was destroyed and had to be reboxed. The rebox was even almost destroyed.Overall pleased and would recommend a good way to introduce your child to safely shooting a bow and arrow. I would also order extra arrows to keep around.

Good for an introduction to archery, that's it.
This bow is not a good shooter. The bow setup doesn't make any sense. The draw weight is a bit low, appropriate for 4-6 year olds. The draw length is too long, appropriate for maybe a 10 year old. Getting proper form on the draw is near impossible for younger or smaller shooters. By the time the kid is tall enough to properly draw the bow the draw weight will be comically light. The arrows are too heavy to match the draw weight, so don't expect any distance. I ended up using my real carbon fiber arrows with no point installed to make them light enough to shoot. The bow shoots way to the right, even with the sight adjustmented to it's limit. For close range it's ok, but don't expect any distance shooting (especially if you're using the extra-heavy stock arrows). If you want to introduce a kid 4-6 to shooting without sepending a lot of money this will work. Don't expect the bow to stay with them for more than 1 or 2 years.
