Flexzilla Pro Air Hose Reusable Fitting with Swivel, 1/4 in. - RP900250S

We used these fittings for an at home project and attached the hose and fittings to a commercial diesel air compressor. Initially I was worried about a compression fitting because we we flowing 100psi non stop for 3 consecutive days. It held tight and never failed in some harsh conditions and environments. Good buy.

Very nice ends, in case one needs to shorten or repair a Flexzilla hose. Easy to install, awesome quality! Good design and finish, which will scratch easily and wear off, but does not diminish functionality. After all it is a tool that gets used...

The media could not be loaded. This is my second one. The first one failed after a year or 2 fair enough. This one made it almost 4 months and developed a hole!!!😂 they’re cheap cost and made cheap! it is what it is. Guess I’ll buy two more.

Fit the hose perfectly on my 3/8" Goodyear hose reel. No air leak at all. Was a tight fit to get hose on barbe fitting.... as others have said a little lube will help with that. Have had it on for a week now with no air leak. Time will tell on durability.... I got the swivel on mine...... my thought on getting that was..... no swivel adds stress to the compression joint which is were it failed on my original hose..... it developed a small leak there a few years ago and over time got worse till it finally failed and burst..... Two 15/16" open ended wrenches is the size wrench needed or Two adjustable for a no-mar install..... the hose flex guard slip fits over the compression nut .....will see how durable that is over time ........ I use my hose reel weekly in both automotive and carpentry use.

Nice product but I was looking for a high flow fitting and description did not specify.

I now have 9 of these, 7 in use, and 2 spares for future expansion (the 1/2 swivel). They’re really excellent. The best feature is they have the same size orifice inside as a non-swivel. This is an important distinction as most ends that have a swivel will neck down inside more. It’s so important to me I bought a 100’ Flexzilla hose that for some reason necks down on the swivel side (you’d think it wouldn’t since they don’t with their replacement end) and I chopped that end off right out of the box and installed one of these. They take a minute or less to install, have never leaked, and most importantly never failed. Pro Tip: Don’t slide and snap the plastic coil thing on to the nut before you’re ready to tighten the nut onto the hose. It’s almost impossible to get off. Pro Tip 2: It’s easier to tighten everything up if you install an end into a vice. Using two wrenches is a pain, but certainly doable.

This air hose repair fitting is the best I’ve ever seen. Easy to install, delivers results as promised without modification. Easy to understand instructions.I won’t even consider another air hose product in the future. Flexzilla is the only choice.
