Easy to use.
Bought this to use for recording from my Sony smart TV. Comes correctly formatted for this purpose - and, so far, works perfectly. Very pleased.

Good First Impression but failed after only 3 months.
Bought this to record programs on my TV to watch later. Recognised instantly by Smart TV and worked a treat initially. However, after only 3 months it is now faulty. I cannot navigate to the drive contents or navigate within the contents so all the recordings are inaccessible. I tried two other separate drives and they work fine so it isn't the TV. I changed the USB cable for another known good one and it still has the same problem so the drive is faulty. Hope I can get a replacement as most drives of this type have at least 1 year warranty.

Received on time. You get 298GB when plugged in rather than 320GB which is normal practise when it comes to advertised GB and the actual GB in the hard drive. This is nothing to do with the seller.Works well so far.

Don't waste money buy more branded these our years old rubbish break really easy not safe to put information on.
