When originally ordered, this worked perfectly. It did all the things - protected against chafing, smoothed the figure, and offered tummy control. I was pretty happy with the product.I came back on to order the next size up - that slower metabolism in older age - oof. Only to remember I'd ordered a size larger as I'd seen recommended initially and now there is no next size up for me to go to! At this point, with the bit of extra weight, the thing starts off fine. But by end of day, I'm in pain. The two front vertical strips that help keep everything in place are digging in hard and I can think of nothing but getting the thing off.I'm sad to abandon this piece of essential (for me) clothing but alas. Please start offering the next size up.

Pros: Great quality for the price. I love the design it's stitched to perfection where needed to keep those hip-huggers tucked away, and buttocks bulging out to enhance your shape.Cons: you definitely need to upsize x 2 if not, it will be extremely irritating on your skin. Also, if too small this is what causes the top to roll down being that it's very tight fitting.Typically I wear XL, but after reading several reviews stating this shape wear runs small I automatically upsized, but unfortunately the largest size is XXL so I went with that. I wore/walked around for about an hour trying on various clothing I'd purchased, but never had the opportunity to wear because although I have a nice butt, I wasn't comfortable with my lil hip huggers. I just wanted to break it in some and it worked a little, but I also cut a small slit on each side near the arm pits so it's not noticeable. They fit just right on my thighs if not, I would've cut a little slit on each side as well then just fold up once and of course you wouldn't be able to tell. However, I totally get it... why spend money on clothing just to cut and damage LOL, but i'm a designer so I don't trip I get creative and make it work; saves time, money and bad energy from being angry about the sizing in the 1st place.

It’s okay but does slip a little bit. I made me look bloated but it wasn’t as bad. It doesn’t give that much- meaning not as much stretch. But true to size!!

FYI...I bought this to wear under my wedding dress. I purchased a name brand version of this and was quickly disappointed after trying it on. It started the dreaded roll once I sat down. I quickly returned it and spotted this one instead. I ordered it and waited patiently for it to arrive. As soon as it was delivered, I immediately put it on and anticipated the dreaded roll again. Guess what? NO ROLLING!!! It stayed up without any hesitation and was worth every penny spent! It holds in at the right spots and stays exactly where it needs to stay! Thank you for finally having a product that lives up to its purpose!!!

I went up 2-3 sizes and it still did not fit. I wear a large -xl and purchased a 3xl. It was so tight around my stomach that it hurt.Way too uncomfortable I am sticking with the smaller one that I paid twice as much for at a local department store. Buying up a size for less doesn't make it worth it.

It does not roll down, it does lift and tuck a lot, true to size if you want everything to be “sucked”, good quality, the fabric is a plus And breathable. I love it!

The comfort and the fit of this shaper is just okay for me. A pair of control top panty hose would be just as good if not better and more comfortable. I returned the item and cannot recommend this product.
