I Remember Union: The Story of Mary Magdalena

Total Fantasy Garbage
I read this book on the recommendation of a friend. It's a total fantasy by the author who claims to channel Mary Magdalene's relationship with Jesus. If this is true, why didn't she have a vision of Mary Magdalene instead of Jesus? The text is bizarre, with letters and words all spread out in various shapes and spaces. And the plot of the story does not give any new or specific information about the relationship between Jesus and Mary Magdalene that you cannot get from other, more academic research, such as "Jesus and the Lost Goddesss" by well known scholar Timothy Freke. The author implies Mary Magdalene could read people's souls and have intimate union with them, either sexual or non-sexual. But she is extremely vague and ambiguous about how all this occurred. I don't believe for one minute this "vision" was anything other than the author's own fantastical imagination.

A journey to the heart & soul of Mary Magdalene.
Forever changed and re-arranged inside by reading this book (as are1,000βs of others whoβve read it)! Iβve cherished this book since the late 1990βs and became deep friends the Soul Support Community for past 20 years. I shared earlier copies so I needed to reorder. Light you are and love get you shall remain!

I Remember Union
If you are prepared to continue on a conscious path of re-membering, this book will be a wonderful Friend and Guide. Though the focus is on the life and times of Mary Magdelena and Christ, and their deeply loving and sacred relationship, as seen through Mary's eyes and heart, it will awaken in you your own cellular memories of "union". Tears of absolute joy will overwhelm you time and again as you are reminded of the Truth, and so many of your illusions begin to melt away...until you are faced with the ultimate realization, and it becomes "knowing"... WE ARE ETERNAL.I'd love to hear your thoughts on the book! It truly moved me like no other I have ever read, and I will carry the truth of it inside of me always. A true blessing. Sharon

Possibly the most beautiful book I have ever read.
I originally read this book in 1997. Its impact on me has been profound - It entirely altered my perspective on Mary, Christ, Judas, and the classic biblical account of Christ's time on earth.I knew deep inside of me from the time I was a little girl that there was far more to Mary Magdalene than her proported role as a reformed prostitute. She had held a certain fascination for me throughout my life, and it was such a relief to find this book and hear her story - and yes, I do believe that it is indeed her story.I admire Flo's courage for daring to write this book as she no doubt knew the flack she would take for it. I pray that she has been strong enough to not only withstand it but to be validated because of it.

The real scoop on Mary Magdalene and Jesus
This book is based on a "vision" the author had in a Presbyterian Church. She believes Jesus and Mary Magdalene came from the same higher place and were assigned the same mission, along with some other well known biblical figures like Judas, who is in on the crucifixion plan. Mary and Jesus love each other but never have sex, although there are some passages which sound like something awfully similar! This description of the relationship between these two religious figures is at least as plausible as the idea that Mary was just some prostitute Jesus saved from being stoned to death. The theory advanced here is that Mary, not John, was actually his Beloved Companion.

Exquisite reading, exceptional experience.
I don't go in for channeled books, or channeling in general. I have no particular interest in Jesus, and until this book, none in Mary Magdalene. The book was recommended to me by a very advanced woman tantric practitioner. And you don't have to read very far into the book to discover why a tantrika would love it. This book is living tantra. The relationship, the energetic exchanges, the divine love between Jesus and Mary are the highest tantra. And if you are sensitive, you get to go along for the experience with them. I find it difficult to express in words the living journey this book took me on. Lots of tears, exceptional beauty, moving energy, encompassing love. Read the book. After this one, I tried reading another channeled book about Mary Magdalene. It had no life, it didn't breathe, it didn't inspire, it didn't expand me. This book, I Remember Union, is just extraordinary.

Surprise!
This book was not what I expected! I was enthralled! I could not put the book down! It reminds me that there is always more to the story. We need not judge. I canβt say this is true. That said, my heart quickened through the entire story. That tells me, there is something important here to be open to receiving. My advice.. read with an open mind, heart and wonder.

Light filled book .
One of the most extroadinary channelled books on the life of both Mary Magdalena and Christ.Poetic, poignant and very clear in its description of the Divine design in which the crucifixion andthe resurrection were witnesses to the Truth and Love of the path of God's Son.which hefollowed. So much unfortunately of the Bible has been missed, misinterpreted or just plaining edited outyou have no idea of the factors that so significantly came together that changed the pattern ofMan's thinking as he lived in his illusory world without the true knowledge of the gift fromGod of the inner love and joy lodged in the Light within his soul. The part that Judas played in the story, again is so clearly different from the hounded betrayeltheme that is constantly played. It is difficult for people today to recognize that even there thinkingfrom the distortions of the Church via the printed word ,have today produced a real dislike foranything that speaks of the spiritual , religion or Christ, as the corporate revelations from the differentgroups of so called Christians come to light. This book is a gentle but firm corrective to the part that Jewish men and women played in holdingand maintaining the purity of an energy field of supportive love around Christ in the three shortyears he remained for a period in his work on the earth, and if you don't read anything remotelyreligious again then this will be a revelation.

Ambivalent
I feel very bad about being the only one on here with a somewhat negative review of this book. I ordered it with high hopes but it has left me feeling somewhat ambivalent. For a start it contradicts what is said about the way Christ met Magdalena in 'I, the Christ' & that book is amazing & made me cry. What I don't like about this book is that it is difficult to understand what is actually happening due to what could be described as the somewhat hyperbolic & complicated description of her relationship with Christ & the events leading up to the Crucifixion. I also really don't like the daft typesetting as it seems gimmicky to me & is totally unnecessary. The strength of the narrative should stand alone without all of the fancy frills. I haven't read past the Crucifixion yet so maybe I will change my mind once I have, I don't know. When I have finished reading it I will update this review.
