These tags are great, they look like leather, I love the colour of the text with the faux leather colour I chose BUT I obviously wasn't specific enough with the text detail! I had assumed the two words would be one on top of the other like the example in the ad. That aside I'm still not sure why the two words weren't centred on the square - it seems an odd choice, given no instructions on placement, that you wouldn't centre it? Anyway, I will use these and I will most likely order more but I will be more specific in what I want

I loved the labels when those arrived but found not easy to customise it as there is no picture to see before ordering ( cloth labels often show the final product design).Adding choice of logos/pictures would be a bonus. No cheap product so those improvements in the ordering/ customising process can help.
