Wouldn’t charge, had to hold the lead tightly in place for it to appear to take the charge, but sadly it didn’t. Tried a few methods to get the lead to hold but it wouldn’t.Can’t comment on the workability of it as it doesn’t.Contacted seller to explain problem. I was asked to send a picture of it, a picture of the product not working!I’m not seeking a refund, waited enough time for the product, happy to move on and not waste anymore time or money on this.

Didn’t work took ages to arrive very disappointed can’t send back as don’t have original box was so excited on arrival popped on charge through broken box in bin , took 4 days to get a charge then nothing happened when button pressed. The bin men had been so no longer have box .

I felt it was rather cheap and nasty and poor quality unfortunately the box got thrown away before I could return it so out went in the bin as It would only charge once and then ceased to work.

Stopped working within seconds of first use, after a full charge. Worked again after a further charge but only again for 10 to 15 seconds. Motor seems quite weak too. Charged Once more, same happened again so haven't bothered with it since. Won't order a replacement as some reviews state similar problems so seems pointless. Not an expensive item so hardly worth refunding but a shame it never worked properly.

Package arrived a little battered. Takes a while to charge the item via the USB it comes with. Cannot put any pressure on skin or it stops working. Comes with a spare emery pad.

Hope they are not all like mine. Take it off a long charge and it lasts for seconds. So cheap I couldn’t be bothered to replace. Maybe I have been unlucky.

Wasn't happy with mine as used once and it worked well and then just stopped working, wouldn't charge up or start again. So l threw it away 😪
