The charge cord arrived in good order and works fine. I had lost the charge cord for my laptop and really needed a new one quickly. I paid an extra $9.56 for expedited shipping and the guy shipped it snail mail. Not happy.

I got this cord and I was so happy. It worked fine. But after a few months it just stopped working. Out of the blue it will no longer charge my laptop. I tested it to make sure it was the cord and not my laptop. It was the cord. Unfortunately, there is only a 30 day return. I just wanted to exchange it not return it. I called Amazon. They told me it has a 12 month warranty and the seller would exchange it. They told me to reach out to the seller. I did. I asked them to exchange it with a new cord. Let's see what they do. I'll keep you updated. Beware this cord only worked for a few months.
