I was a bit hesitant to order this, seeing as there were no reviews... but I was pleasantly surprised. The screen is fairly nice quality. It could be higher resolution, but for ~$50, I can't complain. It comes with a nice carrying case and a wrist strap to use it when you're adjusting a camera. Considering the "professional" ones can cost hundreds of dollars, this seems to be a great purchase for someone doing a DIY CCTV setup. Why pay thousands of dollars to a security company to set it up when you can do it yourself with a bit of know-how?As for the longevity of this item... that is to be determined. But overall, I'd definitely recommend this.

I was hooking up some CCTV security cameras in my place and just needed an inexpensive monitor to check the camera's position without having to run back to look at my big screen TV each time. The Amazon delivery woman's timing was perfect and she had the package at my door early in the morning just before I set out to install the cameras. I plugged the camera in to the monitor with the supplied cable and viola, it worked perfectly. It saved me so much time. I like that it attaches to your wrist so you can hold it in front of you while adjusting the position of the camera. I tried connecting a USB scope camera with an HDMI cable but it shut down the monitor and showed a low battery sign on the monitor's display. I figured because the scope cam was consuming more than 5 volts. I could be wrong, I'm just guessing. The monitor was fine when I tested another 5 volt camera. Either way I'm really happy with this monitor and I'm sure I can find other uses now that the cameras are all hooked up. BTW, I installed a ZOSI Indoor/Outdoor CCTV camera that I also bought on Amazon, if that helps.

Well, made. This works for my night vision rat hunting spotter cam. It is bright but I put on red film to lesson the brightness and not reflect my face to the vermin. I enjoy that it has power supply to power my CCTV camera. This product is also durable. I have dropped it couple times and the thing keeps on truckin'. Wish there was back prop instead of wrist band because it is difficult to see on wrist at times do to image quality from indirect angles.

Yeah... I dropped my big field monitor off a 12 foot ladder. It quit working so well. This new monitor has a strap, great video, IP cable test! Great functionality and wonderful price to best. May drop it tomorrow just to repeat this business. Thank you!

Bought this to test a camera , not sure if a wiring issue or what .. swapped camera and boom video . great product

Purchase this product or two first second camera tested it died and failed.

This unit works well except it does not pass Alibi HD 1mp cameras.

I took a chance on this low cost unit and it does just what it is supposed to do, I set my cameras up while on the ladder and they were great on the inside monitor. color is good and you can easily set focus and zoom on cameras very well.

Works great for my intended purpose. Batter stays up great.Great value for the price. :)
