The mug is good quality, especially considering the low price and I would say it matches the description pretty accurately. The picture came out very nice also. The two things worth mentioning is that the spoon is a tad bit short for my liking when you place it in the mug handle. Also, it took about a month for it to be delivered so take that into account especially if you are planning to gift the mug. The seller was responsive when I expressed my concern regarding the length of time. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I got this for a gift for a friend of mine at church. Had her and her grandkids put on it. She loved it The quality of the picture could have been a little better but it could be because I ordered it online and the way I downloaded the picture. So I’m not going to put that on them it could’ve been me. But just heads up the quality may not be what you have seen on other coffee cups like that. Still it was great

These cup are awesome! We ordered three. They were Christmas gifts so we tried them when they arrived to see how they worked and which ones were for who. I’m sure our recipients won’t be disappointed. The seller was great to work with, quickly answering questions. I’ll order more in the future. One word of advice; use pictures that are more horizontal than vertical and with the subject (person or thing) with some room around them/it, if that helps. You don’t want to have the subjects head to close to the mugs lip or you’ll have to have hot liquids fill that high to expose it all.

Honestly better than I expected. I have it as a gift for my girlfriend. It also came with a collapsible spoon.However: it didn't wrap around the whole mug, and you can almost see the picture while it's black (which doesn't bother me at all)

I made it a tradition to give my husband a mug every year for our anniversary, and I always order from this seller. This is the 3rd year and they haven't let me down yet! I waited 7 weeks to get the mug. And it is horrible. It does not change to show the picture when you add hoy water or even coffee to it. In order to see the picture I have to run hot water on the outside of it. And when it does show there is spots of black all over the picture. I have gotten 2 for my husband, one at Walgreens and Shutterfly. Both of them work with no problems and I didn’t have to wait as long. I will be sticking with them from now on.

Pretty nice and came quick. Just didnt like how the picture came out on a quarter of the cup. Picture was kind of fuzzy too but otherwise its nice. I thank a worker named Lily who is from Bao Core who had patience and assisted me all the way through

I liked how the picture turned out, but the black doesn't change reveal the picture unless the liquid is piping hot;and the printing on the cup is not very legible due to background of picture.However, overall pleased with product. Thank you

We sent stupid photos of our family members to put under the coating. The black heat sensitive coating works pretty good for the cost.
