This coffee extract has a nice, strong flavor. It works especially well in dessert recipes, where the taste really comes through. I also use it in adult elixirs, and it adds a rich coffee note that holds up nicely.

I make my own homemade yogurt. I flavor it with some vanilla and this extract. No sugar. It works well and tastes so good.

This may not be the finest gourmet coffee flavoring, but it works well enough for most uses in the kitchen. It is relatively reasonably priced and flavorful. Recommended.

put it in my choc chip cookie mix instead of vanilla. Couldn't taste much coffee flavor but it gave the cookies a rich warm flavor. Everyone devoured them. I also try other flavors in my cookie mixes, like peppermint, butterscotch, caramel etc.

As usual, Watkins extracts are quality. I bought this because I wanted to try and recreate the Starbucks bottled vanilla frappuccino at home, 1tsp of this in 1cup whole milk with 1/2 tsp vanilla, well mixed recreates the taste beautifully without the added sugar with a fraction of the caffeine. Smells like espresso too.
