This brow pencil is super easy to use and gives really natural results. The micro tip makes it easy to create fine, hair like strokes, and the formula is creamy but firm without being too soft or smudgy. It blends well and stays in place throughout the day. Great quality for the price, definitely a go to for everyday brows!

Lasts all day, even on oily skin. True to colour stated. Nice thin strokes. Nice brush to blend.

Usually use a different branded eyebrow pencil, NYX which I have loved but wanted something a bit cheaper and with a softer pencil. So pleased I tried this one, stays on really well throughout the day, the colour is natural, the pencil seems like it won’t snap easily, which is a problem I’ve had with others and I haven’t had any problems with drawing thinner lines. Very impressed and will continue to purchase this brand.

The "brunette" shade is more auburn/ginger than brunette. Very orange.

No offence intended but I can't abide the whole "giant furry caterpillar" eyebrow look (or brows that look like two strips of Gaffa tape) but I do want to have SOME eyebrow definition. I'm 53 and therefore went through the stage of plucking my eyebrows to death during my youth! I have very sparse brows now and ashy blonde/grey hair. My skin is fair and I have green eyes but finding a brow pencil for fair hair that didn't look a bit orangey has been a real trial. I actually saw this pencil on a YouTube tutorial for over 50's make-up and immediately sought it out. It has arrived, I've applied and I couldn't be happier! It's the PERFECT shade for me... so they'll probably stop making it now :) It is surprisingly hard these days to find a company that doesn't test on animals. You will find that the majority of the larger brands may say they don't condone it but then they sell to China - where it is law that they DO test on animals. Therefore, by choosing to sell to China, they are in fact condoning animal testing. I am delighted to say that ELF do not fall into this "grey" area and are legitimately cruelty free!

I have ordered and tried a wide variety of eyebrow pencils, powders, creams, you name it, I've tried it. Either they are too thick and leave blobs of color rather than defining your eyebrows. I draw a line under the eyebrow and one on top, then fill them in. This pencil/pen allows you to do this without looking like too thick or blobby, at long last, I have something that resembles a real, manicured eyebrow. I am blonde and my eyebrows are very light plus, for some unknown reason, I don't have the end part of the left one, so I need to be able to fill it in with something that looks realistic and look like a continuation of my real brow. This one let's me do that. Eyebrows are tricky for blondes; firstly it's hard to get a color match because most products are geared for brown and black haired people. Taupe is usually where they begin rather than having a dedicated color for blondes. Even though this one is taupe, it works on my brows. If I sound excited it's because I am. I have seriously gone through a ton of eyebrow products and either they are way too dark for blondes, they are usually geared for a thicker eyebrow whilst blondes tend to have thinner, more wispy eyebrows. So at long last my search is over and I can finally go out with manicured eyebrows. 😁 happy face!!
