I got this for my hubby.My husband works construction and they are NOT required to keep track of their own time. The foreman logs mass hours for everyone at the end of the day.They are paid weekly & my husband is not exactly the best at keeping track. Since I manage the budget it was becoming difficult when he was "guessing" at how many hours he worked & how much his paycheck would be. So I decided to get a small logbook for his personal use.After a week...he still wasn't tracking properly....LOL! Do I got creative on how to simplify it. After some alterations (see pics) this half size time tracker is PERFECT! And unless I find an even more simplified version, I will buy again.>> I only gave it 4 stars bc it was a little more than he needed and I had to alter it. But this might be perfect for a foreman who wants his people to track their hours; properly. The level of relevance will depend on the individual need.But after alterations.... I think this is great!
