Perfect for stretching
The value is good, it's easy to use especially for flexibility. The function is what it says it does. I bought this for my daughter for her first year cheering and she's gotten really flexible.

I share this link with all of my athletes at beginning of season.
I coach cheer and have this available for my flyers if we are working new stunts one group at a time. I don’t like them having too much down time so they’re expected to practice or advance skills and this has helped a lot of my flyers improve their flexibility and learn new body positions. It’s super durable and has shown absolutely no fraying despite being used by multiple athletes including myself.
