UPDATE after a year and a half: it got softer and fluffier with time. Still looks great even after lots of washing and abuse by my elderly yellow lab who likes to spin around a million times before getting comfortable. There is some light pilling, but I expected it with the dog/washing and I was able to remove it without issue with a fabric shaver. Definitely recommend it.My original order was misdelivered by UPS, but thankfully amazon quickly shipped another. It’s hard to find 100% cotton quilts nowadays, but I was pleased to find this one $40+ cheaper than from Target. It’s not super soft, it almost feels like linen. We sleep with a flat sheet though, so that’s not a deal breaker for me. Unfortunately the biggest downside is that I feel like this quilt looks cheaper in person. I also hate that the king size comes with king size shams because 1. King size pillows are damn near impossible to find and 2. No one actually uses them. I would have preferred standard shams, and they’re not available for purchase separately, so now they’ll just sit in my linen closet forever.

I liked the looks and feel of the quilt, and the fact it wasn’t flat. As I was admiring it, I noticed a fairly large stain-after washing/drying per instructions, (in brand new, large capacity washer and dryer).I decided to flip it over and then decide if I would go through the hassle of returning it. With my health issues, the whole process of washing, drying and making my bed alone takes a lot of effort.Unfortunately, the other side has a highly visible bundle of tangled threads, near the top of the quilt.The size is also somewhat disappointing, in both width and length (queen bed).I’m very disappointed overall, and with the fact I have to go through the effort of packing up and returning this- and finding a replacement….If you’re looking for a quilt for a twin, or maybe a full size bed, this might be a good choice. I would check closely for stains and other imperfections.

Exactly what I was looking for! Lightweight and breathable. Washed good the first time-cold water, delicate cycle, tumble dry on low!

This is the perfect quilt for spring and fall--warm enough for cool nights but still lightweight. I am very impressed by the quality for the price! The stitching feels sturdy and it held up in the washer and dryer without threads coming loose or the fabric tearing. After reading other reviews, I was nervous that the fabric would be too rough, but I think it's soft, and I imagine it will get softer with washes over time. The size is perfect for our king size bed, with plenty of drape on the sides and foot of the bed. The only thing that was a little odd was how large the shams are, but I just used extra fluffy pillows to make the shams look full. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase!

Reading the reviews I hesitated, but when this came up on a black Friday sale I decided to give it a shot. No regrets! It is absolutely beautiful and just what I needed. I get too warm and hubby gets too cold, so this along with a all season comforter was a great compromise. Here are some product details: I think the color is more beige, than linen. I washed/dried (no softener ) and no issues - didn't shrink, loose any color and the 'new' smell was gone. Very soft, not scratchy at all. It is a lightweight quilt, not a comforter. The 1st 2 pictures are taken in the evening with overhead light and the other 2 were taken in the morning with the curtains open. Seriously, I ordered multiple - multiple quilts before I found this one. Highly recommend!

The quilt is simple, but pretty - and not too heavy in weight. I'm super sensitive to smells, so I was very relieved that there was no weird scent. It looks neutral, classic - and it's longer than my old comforter. The only thing I didn't love was that the pillow shams are bigger than my oversized king-size pillows. . . certainly not the end of the world.

This fit my king bed wonderfully! I was worried it would be to warm for summer but it’s perfect! Good quality! Would buy again.

Product came with a horrible smell. Gave it a wash on cold and tumble dried it low as instructed. It came out very wrinkly.Now the most concerning part is that it’s described at 100% cotton and even the filling being at 80%. The manufacturer’s tag indicates that it’s 100% fiber (see pics).Also after the wash some sort of stuffing was coming out of the conforter.Very disappointed for this price point
