Got best reviews on Consumer Reports for a natural product - even better than those with DEET. Lasts about 4-6 hrs before having to reapply. Have purchased several as I'm really allergic to mosquitos.

I have used the pump spray bottle, but decided to try this canister spray. The pump spray is kind of wet and I retain a strong lemony smell for a very long time. The canister spray dries much faster and it seems that the pungent smell fades, but the protection stays for several hours. I live near a swampy area, so it is important to keep mosquitoes away. If I go hiking in this region, tick protection is also necessary. I feel very confident about its ability to protect against mosquitoes. While I haven't seen it "fail" for ticks, it only advertises its ability against mosquitoes. I admit that I use DEET, much as I don't like it, before going into really tick-infested areas, to minimize the risk. But just to go out for a walk, this works great, and applies and dries easily. I am not exposed to those heavier chemicals, and I am happy that it seems to be less smelly than its liquid pump counterpart.

This has a light scent helps so much. Mosquitoes and biting flies absolutely love my blood. The Mosquitoes itch like fire and the flies bite and chew hard painfully. This sorts them both out. I highly recommend. There's also a pump version in a purse size.

Works well even though it is natural deet free. Also I like the spray bottle because my 6yo can use it himself at summer camp. Most deet free bug sprays come in a pump spray and young kids find it challenging to use the pump with their small hands.

This is literally the only thing that keeps the mosquito annoyance away from the husband. Luckily they don't like me, but they love him. We've spent so much on different products, and this has been the best! The scent can be a little overpowering once you first apply it, then it fades. We will continue to keep purchasing!

This bug spray is the absolute best repellent and without deet! My son is allergic to mosquito bites when he gets bit he has a bad reaction and my husband loves to fish and they both attract all the bugs, every time they step outside. So I have tried every brand from every store and even the expensive all natural products and they either require constant applications or just flat out don't work. But this spray repells seriously everything ticks, horse flies, wasps and most importantly the mosquitoes! It does have a rather aggressive smell but not in a overbearing sense more in the bugs beware manner. I'm pregnant and can tolerate it without getting a headache or nauseous but you will smell like this bug spray until you shower but at least you don't have to reapply. Sometimes home depot carries this spray but when they don't I'll buy it here because I refuse to go without this bug spray in hand.

Did not seem to kill on contact. I switched to Raid and it worked much better.
