it strobes like a party light
It's ok. About every 3rd or 4th time it's turned on, it strobes like a party light. Quality is ok. Not terrible. Since it was only $12, I'll keep it and use it for something not important.

So hepfull in the freeway! I love it. I had another and it was horrible but this worth it.
