Great sauna for reasonable price
We use it every other day for about 2 months now, and we love it! We used to use a traditional sauna for years and were concerned first that the temperature wouldn’t be high enough for sweating - but 150F is more than enough for us. Perfect size for 2 persons, and even sound system is good enough to enjoy movies while sweating. Would definitely recommend this product to everyone looking for infrared home sauna. Assembly required 2 persons and approximately 40 minutes only.

Money well spent
Not difficult to assemble. Takes two people around an hour.Warms up quick, around 10-15 minutes. Gets up to 150° . You can feel the deep penetrating heat all over, absolutely love it. Best 3 grand I've invested to have a sauna in our spare bedroom. Beautiful wood design. Nice lighting and radio is decent.

Nice Sauna But Could Be Improved
Delivery:The sauna was delivered quickly after ordering it. The product arrives in three boxes on a pallet which the driver was nice enough to place in my garage. You need two people minimum to move the boxes to the installation location.Assembly:The instructions were easy enough to follow. Just take your time and make sure the parts are facing the right direction. It shouldn't take more than an hour or so. I was able to move each panel into position on the base by myself but needed another person to hold them in place while I attached the latches. The bench needs to be screwed into one of the other parts and on one end the screws would not properly attach. Access to one of the holes was blocked by a piece of wood coming out of the back panel.Connecting the power cables is easy and straightforward. Just make sure they are pushed through the holes in the top properly before you finish the assembly of the top panels. I was able to move the unit around by myself on my carpeted floor, but you will want to have access to all sides (with a ladder) while assembling the sauna so that you can screw the ceiling to the sides properly. Once it is assembled you can move it into position.Make sure you leave enough space between the wall and the sauna to access the plug and outlet. The manufacturer recommends unplugging the unit when it is not in use.I had an electrician neighbor install the 20 Amp 120-volt outlet needed to power the sauna. You do need a special outlet and the sauna comes with instructions and pictures of the outlet that will work with the plug, as well as the recommended dedicated 20 Amp circuit.Using the Sauna:The MP3 Player/Radio is a real disappointment. A cheap unit with almost illegible directions (translation and size of the font). It comes in a box that you have to attach near the ceiling or you'll have a hole in the ceiling of the sauna. I could not get the Bluetooth to connect to my iPhone. The radio works, but who listens to the radio these days? The unit takes a while to heat up. The panel will let you set the temperature up to 150 Fahrenheit, but the maximum temperature I have been able to achieve with it is 148 degrees. It briefly hit 150 but fluctuated back down to between 146 and 148. Not that I can really tell the difference in a couple of degrees.I purchased the 4-person sauna and four people will fit if you don't mind sitting shoulder to shoulder and touching each other. I will only ever have one or two people in and it is quite comfortable. I purchased the backrests which allow me to stretch out on the bench.I like the changing colors interior light feature, but you can set it to one color or just turn off the light completely.I've been able to work up a nice sweat with this sauna. It would be nice if it could get hotter but it does the job and the price is good (note: I would happily have paid more for a unit with a decent sound system).

Issues with Infrared Sauna’s Wooden Floor Panel
I purchased this home infrared sauna on September 1st and started using it in October. Overall, I’m satisfied with its performance and benefits. However, within less than a month of use, I encountered an issue: during one session, as I stepped on the heated wooden floor panel, one of the wooden slats, which is attached to the heating element, shifted and caused instability, almost making me lose my balance.Given that I’m 5’3” and weigh 110 pounds. Additionally, I would recommend having two or three people to help with moving and assembling the sauna. I live on the second floor, so moving it was quite challenging. The installation process itself took about an hour.Despite this issue, the sauna has been great in other aspects.

Easy assembly
This sauna arrived undamaged and the hardest part of the assembly was getting it into the right room. The actual assembly went very well with no tools needed to get it together in about an hour. You need 2 people to get the job done. The function so far has been very good, with getting a temperature in the mid 140’s or more with about a 25-30 minutes warm- up. This seems to be a higher temp. than most of the other infrared saunas I have heard and read about can reach. The quality of wood seems good as well as the overall construction.

Great addition to my home gym
We had been debating buying a say a for a while. Finally pulled the trigger in this one. Removed the bench so we can do yoga it just lay down. Its great to sweat at the end if the day, take a shower and call it a night.

Great except radio
I love my Sauna! My only complaint is that within 2 months the radio stopped working properly. So the Bluetooth stereo system does not work.
