If you think you are missing a letter, check to ensure the "missing" letter is not stuck to an identical letter. Our kit had two letter "r" stuck together.As stated in the item description this KIT is a KIT... you have to put it together yourself. It took us about 15 minutes working quickly. It was fairly easy to thread the thin ribbon through the letters and numbers but it was NOT easy to keep the ribbon straight which is essential if you want the banner to look good. If the ribbon is twisted the letters and numbers will not hang evenly.Overall not a good value for the money. Even a Dollar Store banners come pre-assembled. That being said, the glittery letters and numbers do look nice... if you assemble the kit correctly and do not twist the ribbon.The work "KIT" should be added to the title of this item!

Made a nice presentation for the surprise party.

These banners require a lot of assembly, be prepared. They look nice when displayed for one day, but not sure if they will look as good when I hand them down to someone else. Not sure I would buy again.

Easy to assemble, takes a few minutes so you may want to do it before last minute at the party. Very nice quality, overlap the letters for cute cursive text. I missed the needle to thread the string through at first but it was located and that is a very helpful addition!

Super Easy To Put Together and Looks So Good!

Aside from having to string this all together yourself, the glitter presentation is really, really pretty. That being said, I received this a day late (on the celebration day, minutes before it started) and it was missing an “h”, so I had to go with hearts and “happy anniversary” and leave out “40th” which was kind of the point of this banner to begin with. Oh well, at least it was usable.

Was a huge hit with the parents when we had them over for a suprise dinner party.
