Holds the guitar too high for me.
Some people swear by these. They do hold your guitar very securely. I just can't adjust my playing to accommodate having the guitar about an inch and a half higher than I'm accustomed to. Again, they work fine for a lot of players.

Ergoplay Troster Brilliant!
This little gadget is brilliant. As soon as I put it on my guitar my guitar technique improved 100 fold! No more foot rest, the guitar just sits naturally and comfortably. Takes a few tweaks to adjust it but then it’s ready to go for next time. Suction cups hold firmly and are easy to remove. Massive thanks to Jean who averted weeks of pain by sending me this message. “ Before shipping the Left-handed Guitar Support I just want to confirm that this is for a left-handed player and left-handed guitar. Several of the left-handed supports were returned because they really needed a right-handed guitar support which is most common. A left-handed player strums with the left hand and chords with the right. Please confirm and I'll get it right out. Thanks, Jean”. Lifesaver!
