I was surprised to get two latches on the box. They are about 1\8 inch deeper than the old one. I had to cut the slot back a bit and drill a space for the latch arm to move freely. Like the old one it has a flimsy spring than tends to pop out and is a bear to replace. So a 5 minute job takes 45 minutes but what's new?

2 pack. 1 broke as soon as I turned the lock. It jammed then spit out metal that I think acted as a spring. At least one works the other went in the trash.

Easy to install!! The best part of it universal.

Great value, but doesn't allow alot of room for your hand to open the door comfortably. There's nothing to grasp, so you have to grab the switch. But, again, excellent value and we for used to it. They look nice.

This door hardware is well made. Regrettably , I ordered the wrong size and had to send them back. That was unfortunate because now it is going to cost me twice as much for the size I need.

We ordered these and had them installed on our pocket doors. It works well but not perfectly. You really have to line up the lock properly to ensure it works but otherwise than that it is great. You just have to be patient while installing. I really like having the lock feature and the price was better than all the big box stores wishing was a plus.

A bit of a passion to install on the first one but much easier on the second. Thin metal but once installed they work fine same look good. I would have given it 5 stars but there needs to be an indicator on the end piece so when the door is open and sitting inside the wall, you know where to press to have the tab pop out you can grab the tab and close the door. Easy one you know but not so intuitive for guests.
