Excellent product. Smells beautiful and really softens the clothes, whilst being septic tank friendly. A win win product.

This is my go to fabric conditioner. Makes the clothes smell so nice, and leaves them feeling soft. Definitely recommend.

This is a really nice fabric softener it has a delicate smell so not overpowering like some fabric softeners, the only thing is you do have to use slightly more than recommended.

Smell doesn’t last long in clothes compared to other fabric softeners but towels are fluffy and soft when I used it on them would just proffer a stronger scent

Had enough of all the other products not being gentle with the environment. These smell great and they are affordable.

Love the scent and as usual it’s great for my laundry.

The scent is mild and fresh but I have to use about 1 and a half capfuls each time for the clothes to feel adequately soft. The liquid is thin compared to Lenor. I think I'll be purchasing my previous fabric conditioner when these are used up.

We began using this Product as soon as it arrived in mid March 2022. We bought it because we support cruelty-free products. The results were good in all aspects, but things started to change in early June 2022. First, we noticed a lot of bubbles inside the Apple Blossom & Almond bottle even though the bottle was in resting state; days later, we noticed the softener started to thicken, slight color-change and eventually broke down and appeared "muddy" (see photos.)To remedy this issue, we added vinegar into the dispenser compartment to dilute it. Even so, the softener compartment clogged repeatedly. Too troublesome to continue with the process and, our final decision was to discard it. FYI, the date of manufacture was 03 Feb 2021. The other bottle we bought at the same time Gardenia & Vanilla was doing well without such problems.Well, we will continue to support other products of ECOVER but, will definitely avoid buying any of its softeners when there is "irresistible discount" during promotional period. We simply refuse to pay and to help the distributor to clear their stocks without even being informed of the Products' balance shelf-live. Lessons learned.
