A small chip in the bottom and a large air bubble under the heat sensative layer when it arrived makes it a little disapointing but still works and is used was just demoted to work mug

It's great!
Very impressed with this item the image on the mug while it is cold is very clear easy to see, unfortunately I won't see image that appears when it is hot as it is a gift. Did not realize how large mug was as it is bigger than average mug but I like the size it is as you can see picture on it better. I would definitely buy again probably one for myself.
