Outstanding Snow Camo!
I got the "CP Snow" pattern version, and it is excellent. My interest in this admittedly inexpensive poncho was as a substitute for what are called "over-whites" which are lightweight white-ish colored garments designed to be worn atop regular clothing and equipment for camouflage in a snowy environment. I wanted a lightweight option to camouflage myself in the snow, but didn't want to spend $300+ for crye precision over-whites, or $170 for Kryptek overwhites, or $100+ for easily-soaked WW2-style cotton over-whites since I don't live in Canada or Alaska or Siberia or the Arctic and will not be wearing it all day every day.Advantages:-Lightweight: In its little bag, it weighs 12.3 ounces total, so well under a pound.-Easier donning/doffing than regular over-whites. This is critical if you're up in the mountains near the snowline, where there's plenty of snow above the snow line but less below-Easier to cover your tactical gear, backpack, and personal equipment than traditional over-whites, while preserving your ability to get to your gear if you need it.-You can spread it out and use it to camouflage your tent or sniper hide while hiding in the snowy wilderness (it has grommets for tie-down). This is not something you can do with regular over-whites.-Because it is a poncho rather than fully enclosed pants and jacket, it will do a better job at reducing your thermal signature (due to being able to vent excess heat out the bottom/sides, looser fit, etc.)-You can use it as an improvised tarp shelter, something that's difficult or impossible with traditional over-whites.-The material is a synthetic thread, and has just the right amount of shine to match that of snow. (If you were to get this poncho in a different camo pattern, the shine might be a negative. But because snow has a high albedo, the shine of the synthetic thread is actually a positive here!)-Inexpensive. If you're operating operationally like an operator, stuff gets abraded, worn, or ripped. At only $23, this poncho isn't hard to replace if it gets destroyed by hard use. Conclusion: This is currently my #1 pick for over-whites or personal snow camouflage. It's inexpensive, lightweight, and has multiple uses. For the money, it is nearly perfect and I have no remorse.

Great poncho but the hood is a but smaller than I'd like.
Poncho is great. Has snap buttons all down the side so it has several applications including water catchment. Hood is a bit smaller than I would like but it's not so small that it will rip when putting it on or taking it off. I am 5'8" and 210 lbs with a 7 5/8 inch head diameter, so you get an idea... I don't have a big head. If you wear a baseball cap with the hood the elastic hood will not come down into your eyes as easily when looking up or straight ahead. Overall this is a good product. The only thing that could make it better is maybe making it a bit thicker.

It's a poncho...
It's smaller and thinner than I expected it would be--compared to the green camo one I still have from the Army.

If you like the look, you’ll probably like the fit.
I’m 6 foot, 210….. very broad shouldered, it fists pretty good on me. The only thing was getting the hood off an on, it’s kind of a tight fit. But I also have a huge head and honestly, it all works right. You just lean into it and kinda pop it off, I actually love these things. If you are normal sized, it will be perfect for you. The are open armed and you can reach thru the side openings with practice. Do they breath? No poncho does…but it’s comfortable for what it is.

For the price I expected more
TALL PEOPLE BEWARE. After two weeks it finally came (shipped from China) and I expected it to be a thick, durable, poncho that fit. What I got in the mail was a poncho that had the feel of a medium garbage bag, tiny grommets and a neck hole that didn’t fit my head (6’3” tall with average sized head). I couldn’t bring the hood up or down once it was on and it was tight around my neck. Im in reasonably average shape so this is a surprise. More for kids and teens or people under 5’9”.
