Willie Nelson: Teatro (Gold Vinyl) Vinyl 2LP (Record Store Day)

This album was introduced to me by my uncle. Larry Jarvis, the biggest Willie Nelson and STL Cardinal fan around. RIP uncle Larry. I will always think of you when I listen to this album.

I waited hours patiently outside my local record store for the RSD reissue of this album. Let me start off by saying that I'm a HUGE Willie fan. With that being said, this is easily my favorite Willie album. This is that one album that doesn't sound like the Willie you're used to. His lead guitar skills bleed through each song. Emmylou Harris provides backing vocals on almost every track, and it's so beautiful to my ears. Not to mention that there's 2 drummers on this album. I honestly wish Willie would head back to the Teatro theater and record another album in this style. If you've never heard this album, I would recommend it for new Willie fans, as well as his classic fans. You cannot go wrong with it!
