My waist is 36" and I'm glad I read reviews and yes get it a size smaller which I purchased a medium.... and yes it comes with the band.... very comfortable and satisfied

The hot shaper is awesome it fits perfect and covers your whole back. I love it very comfortable. Will order another one when I get to a smaller size.

Elastic piece that goes around after putting on vest rolls. It rolls up and down. my niece tried on who is a size 6 It eolled on her as well. She has no stomach. Also no sweating like it says. I sweat more in regular wrap that has no thermal layer.

The vest is great, but the belt rolls up when sitting or bending.

I love this waist trainer. My tummy area has ALWAYS been my issue. I started wearing the Hot Shapers waist cincher to my kickboxing classes. 1. Thought it would limit my mobility when having to kick and box. It takes a second to get use to the feeling of something hugging you, but after you do it moves along with your body when exercising. 2. Kickboxing makes me sweat already, but with the waist cinched, I worked up swear doubletime and especially around my tummy 3. I wear it under clothes even when I'm not working out :) It holds my tummy in and just makes me look sexier with it on! 4. The sizes were true to size. If you look on the size chart, it was very accurate for me.

I’m about 5 foot seven and roughly about 250 pounds. My body type I have longer legs in a shorter torso. This is not made for somebody with a short torso. The band that goes around the middle section kept folding every time that I wore it, I have yet to even wear the band section once. I like the tank top portion, but the arm holes are too small and it cuts off circulation the entire time. I understand this is made to help you lose weight. But so uncomfortable around my arms I stopped wearing it within four days although it did make me sweat not like the pictures I could definitely feel it heating up but I wasn’t dripping sweat. The band is the only thing that does the work for the air hourglass figure would not buy again for the price way too expensive you can get something cheaper.
