Product quality equals the low cost of the item The 1st one I received did not work and I had to return it. Also, I was a bit disappointed that I had to buy a mouse pad as the accurate on any surface pointer, was not so accurate. Again, for the price, it serves well as a portable mouse for me.

When it’s stored away in my drawer for the day if it’s not placed properly it lights up..I’m afraid my battery will die soon; other than that it’s very comfortable to work with for the entire day ..love the light weight 😀

Mouse and its dongle were new, was easy to install on my Windows 11 PC, as is working smoothly. My last one broke after falling ~3.5 ft from desk onto wood floor. The plastic hinge-mount holding Its internal battery broke, unable to use any more.

Product worked for about 7 months then stopped working. Replaced the batteries and tried it in different computers and no luck. Called verbatim tech support and was told to email instead. This lead to weeks long email chains to try and get help getting this working. They offered no trouble shorting and wanted me to paid more than what I spent on the mouse to ship it to them. No thanks! Then they said to smash it and send them a pic and they will replace it. Guess what? I smash it and now they require that I send the pic and now I’m getting pushback about the format of the pic (taken on my phone). Not worth the hassle. Buy another brand that’ll last more than 7 months. Ugh.

Very nice mouse, small, lightweight, colour exactly as advertised, it comes with an alkaline battery which is nice, there is no button to turn it off because it does turn off the second you stop using it, which is also a very nice feature. My old wireless mouse had a button to turn it off or else the battery would just go dead. So the fact that this one turns off automatically is good because sometimes we can forget doing it. It works very well and overall I am pleased with it. Price is good, let’s hope it will last.
