Nope!
This tape is NOT Kinesiology tape as advertised.It does not adhere and fell off within 15 minutes into my run definitely not heat activated as stated and arrived not packaged.

as I don't like the elastic tube ones
I am on my legs all day, I have wear and tear to my knee, I have started using this to support it, as I don't like the elastic tube ones, this is helping me, :)

Per me non è andato bene
Io ne avevo bisogno per tape sul collo dove la superficie è sconnessa a causa di grosso intervento. Per me è stato totalmente inutile perché neanche si attacca. Magari su pelle liscia e composta ha altro effetto.
