True to size. I oscillate between a US 14-16 but I went with an XL since the whole purpose of this is to shrink the shrinkables. This is day two and it's comfortable for a 12hr wear. Check for if the fabric contains latex if you're allergic as my skin itched like crazy but itching stopped within an hour of removal. I found was easier to wiggle into it from the bottom up instead of struggling with the hooks. Hope this helps someone.

This is a cute shaper. It’s made well! But it’s definitely not a compression by any means. You get a small cinch and that’s it. I got an extra small. It cinched my 26.5 waist a tiny bit and that’s it. I also use Fajas so I’m used to heavy compression.The material is great. It feels well made! It’s just light.If you have a waist up to a 30, I’d get the extra small to be honest. For a tight compression.I got the one w no hooks. Product came on time and does what it’s supposed to do. I’m 5’7 154lbs and got a Medium. I’ve had a c-section 2x in the past and have a belly. It’s not uncomfortable and I can sit down. It literally sucks in everything!!!! I’ll be wearing this under my wedding dress 😊

I had a tummy tuck and it was recommended to wear a waist trainer. I tried several with the hook and eye but can’t seem to wear them very long. This waist trainer is so comfortable. I won’t get dress without it. I’m very active and so happy that it doesn’t show even when I’m in my gym clothes. The other trainers made my back fat bubble out the top and I don’t have any back fat! This trainer makes me very conscious of my posture and is a constant reminder to hold my stomach muscles tight. I started with a medium and within a week, slipping into a small. For the first time I have a waist! I am 5’4” and weigh 115 lbs.

Is made of very strong flexible elastics. I measured about 46at hips and 40 at waist ordered an XL and it shaped me up exactly how I had hoped and can tighten it as needed. Isn't uncomfortable as I'm used to wearing corsets on occasions. Hoping it helps with my posture and back pain also in the long run.

Does the job well, and unnoticeable under clothes. Also very breathable, I have sensitive skin and doesn’t irritate me at all. TIP: don’t order a size down… 1st time use was TIGHT. I’m now several weeks into using product & moved onto the last hooks . Where initially I was struggling to get into the 1st hooks. Will be ordering again

Fabric is very nice. Hook and eye will hold and last. Sizing is way off and difficult to interpret while buying. I lucked out buying bright but measured 5x to get it close.
