(I wear surgical style masks, so that's what I'm using this with, as far as comments on fit go. Effects on fit may be very different if you're using more-cupped-shape N95s, etc, or cloth masks. Should still remove pressure from back of ears and stop hooking eyeglass arms, though!) I was very surprised to find that I needed to wear these fully contracted, but that's how they fit best for me. So they should fit even pretty big heads, but might not be a good choice for reducing ear chafing on smaller folks. They do tend to sit down towards the back of the neck, as another reviewer mentioned, but they don't pull the mask down noticably for me. Where they sit probably has a lot to do with your individual ear position and skull shape. The hooks do a good job holding onto the mask. If you put one side of the mask on its hook before putting the mask on your face, and hold both the other ear loop and the free end of the strap (pass that hand behind your head) when you go to put it on, it's easy to hook the second ear loop. The straps make masks far more comfortable on the back of my ears, ESPECIALLY with glasses. I don't miss accidentally catching the earpiece when I take a mask off, and taking my glasses off with it, either! They improve the fit of the masks at the sides, like crossing or even knotting the cords is supposed to do, too. But the loops pull at the back of my ears worn normally, so those other techniques are out of the question. This has the same effect for those of us with wider heads! I do still have to tuck the outer upper corners of the mask down behind themselves a little, to keep it coming up too close to my eyes, but it stays tucked a lot better with the strap than without it.

I tried other straps and this one beats them all. The infinite adjustment is really helpful, it is narrow and doesn't make your neck sweat like others. The end hooks are designed so the mask strap doesn't pop out. These are great for a person like me who is on long flights and the mask straps eventually hurt my ears. This eliminates that pain.

Works well for me, makes wearing a mask more bearable. Price on high side if you look at materials (quality but just 3 bits of plastic and an elastic band) but still worth it if you have to wear mask for more than 60m

Compared to all the other plastic or silicone bands they sell on Amazon, this stretchable band is well made and works very well for any masks. I purchased this to give relief from irritation behind my ear with those mask loops and it did make it better behind my ears. This band is also extendable, which is a plus. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to get ear relief from the mask loops.

So I bought these to get pressure off of my ears from medical masks at my job, but I couldn't find a way that worked for me with these. If I wear this on my head I get an ache where the buckle to adjust length hits. If I try to wear it behind my neck (and not touching the ears at all), the strap doesn't get short enough to hold the mask on securely. I have to twist the mask ends in order to shorten it more which is a hassle. On the hunt again for a practical solution.

I was asked to comment on the ease of use of these things. They are so easy to use that I sleep with one on. I do not wish to discuss why I sleep wearing a mask. Ijst know that the mask is still on when I wake up,

Wearing masks has always been problematic. Within five minutes of putting on a mask, one my ears will be in pain from the mask pull. These extension hooks have completely solved the problem. The mask straps no longer pull on my ears, and as a result, the mask is no longer uncomfortable. I can now wear a mask for a long period of time, something that could never do before.

This is tough because I really want to like these. First off the hooks are unbeatable. You are going to have no issue with the ear loop strap coming off. They were delivered overnight and are great quality. My issue is that I have to wear my mask while I drive and speak to people as I am a chauffeur in Las Vegas. Because this directs the strap to the back of your neck, lower then your ears, as I speak, the mask slowly slips down my face and I’m constantly pulling it up. I’ve tried making it tighter, I’ve tried making it looser. It’s very frustrating.

Die Maskenhalter lassen sich einfach und schnell an die FFP2 Maske anbringen, sie sind angehnehm zu tragen und es scheuert kein bischen ( jedenfalls bei mir ) an den Ohren. Preis/ Leistung ist ok, muss sie noch ein paar Tage länger tragen um zu sehen wie die Haltbarkeit der Verlängerung ist. Würde zum jetzigen Stand Sie jedenfalls wieder kaufen.

These mask supports are brilliant! As well as being great for those people who don't like anything behind their ears, I am one of many folk that now have to wear hearing aids. Ordinary masks fit okay but the elastic gets caught up with my hearing aid. With these supports, because they are fully adjustable, I can wear the elastic under my ears and then support them firmly with the grip. The supports are made well, easy to fit and very comfortable. Totally recommend them!

This is the best mask extension I've had. The design is really well. It is easy to use and at the same time holds the mask straps securely. Its length is adjustable which makes it work for all ages.
