I bought this to recover 2 stools. It was thick but not too stiff, easy to handle and the finished stools look great.

Lovely fabric for the money, I did find it a bit stiff and as I needed it to go over corners and I didn't want any puckering, I hand washed in fabric conditioner and tumble dried, it did not shrink and was much easier to work with, think you can see from my photo it did a good job on my dining chairs. I was initially going to return it, and the seller did agree the return, but as I really liked the fabric, I told him I was going to try washing it....very glad I did.
