The media could not be loaded.  I haven't been able to go to the gym recently, so have been collecting some equipment for home use. These bands have been surprisingly versatile for working out a vast range of muscle groups, It takes a bit of initiative to figure out how and where to place them, once you have they're a pretty satisfying way to work out, I have noticed some gains after a just a few weeks of use.The little sports bag that comes with it helps to keep the bands & handles neatly organised which is a nice touch. Included is a door wedge strap (which fixes the bands to a door arch) two handles & two strap handles as well as the pictured instructions on positioning.They seem well made & the plastic handels covered with foam seem to be able to take a huge amount of weight when working out while remaining comfortable to grip. Little bit nervous that somethings going to snap, but after more workouts I'm getting confident this set is high quality. Good value product to makeshift cable style workouts.

No way it is 100lbs more like 50-60 lbs, the bands a poor quality 2 have snaped and ones come off the hook.When it snaped I was lucky I had it under my feet so it shot away from me , it could have caused a bad injury if it hit me.The foam on the handles is not great it started to come off after the first use.Didn’t try the door anchor as it looked poorly madeoverall the quality is poor had to give it 1 star as you cant give it none

I like them.They are what they are ....However .. no instructions on how to set them up (this is kind of obvious after a while but still.... )Biggest problem is the tiny pictorial guide that comes with them.. it's more of less totally useless.. the pictures are tiny.There should be a link to a YouTube video guide or something similar.. very poor.

Like a lot of people I imagine, during lockdown I have gained a fair bit of weight but I hate gyms and my work schedule doesn't allow me to get to a pool on a regular basis. I purchased these resistance bands to allow a workout at home and in general they worked well but only as long as they lasted.Pros:1. A good range of resistance which can be stacked for additional resistance2. A good number of accessories including comfortable handles, ankle loops and a door propCons: Durability / build quality1. I started with the lowest resistance intending to work upwards, the loop connecting the band to the clip snapped on first use2: The ankle loop velcro was so weak it came undone on even the weakest resistance3. After moving up to the 2nd to highest resistance, the band snapped in the middle after a few usesI looked at a number of youtube videos etc and used the limited instructions that came with the bands so I am confident I wasn't over-stretching them or using them in a way that you would expect to cause them to snap.Easy to use but don't expect them to last long (unless I got a faulty product).

Not too bad! Does the job in lockdown that's for sure. However the leg straps with velcro are terrible. The velcro opens up all the time no matter what. So use the handles and if your feet fits, stick them in thoes instead.

I wish I had returned these in time but I used once or twice and binned them.. they weren’t as thick as I thought I added more and more bands to try make it Harder but there was no resistance in them.. didn’t do anything waste of money

These have no resistance in them whatsover.I stacked every single one of the bands which supposedly adds up to 100lbs or 45 kg's, and chest press them continuously without fatiguing. I bench about 60kgs for 8-10 reps at for 4 sets. Id expect to tire at 45kgs of resistance after about 15 reps.With these I could just keep going.Useless waste of money.
