This listing is for the Bandolier (that sash thing you see draped across the costume). I purchased this to GO WITH the mad hatter costume pictured. If you purchase this Mad Hatter costume, yes, the bow tie is included. FYI- the bandolier is heavy, long and rather delicate. I couldn’t allow my son to play with it before Halloween for fear the thread would unravel.
