HDE Women's Solid Color Ultra Stretch Fitted Low Rise Moleton Denim Booty Shorts

4’9”, 110-115lbs, bust is 34/35”, waist above belly button is 29”, hip area 35”. I normally wear size 2 or 4. I first bought a Small which fit, but was very snug. My ass is already flat and I’m top heavy in the bust and arms so I didn’t like the look of that. I sized up to a Medium and it fit much better. I have an apple/box shape going on and I’m very squat and stocky. If I measure around my love handles, then down around my hips, and then down around my butt, the measurement is a consistent 35” for all. Call me SpongeBob I guess because I was not blessed with the kind of butt and thighs that today’s shorts are made for. Other shorts I just don’t fill out in the leg department. On top of that, I’m suuuper short; even when I can find some where the leg holes are a little more fitted to my thighs, the waist part is always so high. Have me lookin like Steve Urkel.I like these shorts because the thigh part is more snug and doesn’t flare out too much, AND the waist part doesn’t come up past my belly button.Things to keep in mind:-The inseam is 2” and I would consider these to be low/medium rise. If you’re tall, these are going to be way too short (unless that’s what you’re looking for.) On me they just look like regular short shorts.-if your bottom-half is curvy or if you have any ass at all, these might be too tight. Picture how pants and shorts were in the 90s/early 2000s before Flo Rida came out with Low. Even if you size up to accommodate your butt/thighs, the waist will have that gap in the back.-the medium fits me perfectly, but if I wear them all day, they eventually stretch out and are almost too big. After washing and drying they fit fine again.-my thighs slightly rub together which makes the shorts ride up in between them. I really don’t care though, this happens with all shorts for me regardless of the fit.-so far they’ve held up through 5 washes so I’d say the quality is decent. Fabric isn’t too thin or too stiff. I wouldn’t say they’re stretchy, but they will stretch out as you wear them if that makes sense.Anyway I love them, gonna buy a bunch in white so I can dye them with better colors than what is offered.

These shorts are super cute and I love the way they fit. The quality though is very poor. I've only worn and washed them a few times over the summer and they are already starting to get stretch marks and look bad. The zipper is sticking as well. I ordered the same pair in purple and they were too small. Not good quality control.

The size is NOT CONSISTENT. I have ordered this company for a few years now. The shorts are awesome..... when they fit like you expect. I order a small. The others in the same size are perfect. But the inconsistent size is bad. There is no retuning from this company. Beware.

Stretchy, comfortable & proper length for a short person like me

I recently moved to a beach town, the weather here requires shorts and tank tops all year long. Shorts made for guys are too long and uncomfortable, so I thought I would give shorts made for women a try. After trying a few options from Amazon these ended up working perfectly for me, so I've ordered a few more since the first time I bought them. I now have several of them in different colors, and my shorts problem is solved.They are very comfortable, much more stretchy than shorts made for guys, and they don't really look like women's shorts since they have belt loops and pockets. As a guy, the only short shorts made for us are gym shorts, which are fine for some uses, but not to walk around and go to restaurants, bars, etc. These fit the bill perfectly. I wear S normally for guy's clothes, the first time I ordered I wasn't sure about the size, so I got a few with try before you buy, and the M and L both ended up fitting me fine, M is more comfortable for long walks and exercise, feels like a second skin, and L looks better for a more formal setting, not too tight but is not as good for long walks because it chafes. The one in the pictures is M.If you are a guy looking for short shorts give these a try! Just go one or two sizes up from your regular male size, and you won't regret it.

One of the best customer services I have ever had with third-party Amazon sellers. I originally ordered size L because some comments here are saying the actual size is a bit smaller than the labelled size. But when I received the L size shorts, I noticed it is too big for me. Anyway it was my own misjudgement. Then the seller offered to send me a Size M free of charge. This time it fits me better. Anyway, I think their labelled size is about right.

Reasonably priced fits well with a bit of stretch and has kept its colour.

I'm a 10-12 bought large they are perfect

Seemed really nice for fit and color but after washing a few times the zipper broke completely. Tried to get a return or refund, they refused because it was past their normal return policy but buyer beware, they don't last past 3-4 washes.
