Lovely design, sturdy handle and clear, perspex tray inside too. Plenty of space within for boxes, etc, underneath perspex tray. Definitely recommended.

Bought for my mum and she loves it. It is a perfect size to hold all her sewing kit.Lovely bright and cheery fabric and well made.

I used to sew for a living and have loads of sewing Bits. However can I ever find a simple needle or reel of black thread? Of course not.So i decided to get a nice, simple new box to keep essentials at hand.This had good reviews, was a decent price and the right size so I gave it a go and I'm glad that I did.The fabric is really smart. I know these are all mass produced, but given that, the black tartan is a bit different and smart enough to be visible. It's well made, secure and the right size.I have a couple of pairs of dressmaking scissors in the base, threads, embroidery scissors etc in the top and have room to spare. its a good sewing box

This is a lovely large sewing box . Plenty of room in it . I needed a large sewing box as I had two small ones and one broke, so combined everything in the one box . It's nice and deep and has a nice sturdy clear tray in . Also love the pattern on the outside.Recommend product

I bought this because I wanted a large sewing box. I have a small one but have expanded my sewing and craft items and needed somewhere to store them. This is excellent.

Unfortunately somewhere along the line a button foot was broken off the base and the internal plastic tray had a corner broken off. Both broken bits were in the packaging so presume happened in transit. Not surprising as packaging was a brown paper bag. Having said that I have given 5 stars because the basket is absolutely lovely and seems nicely made, sturdy all over, internal plastic try is a solid sturdy plastic not like the flimsy trays often seen in sewing baskets. Lovely fabric and colour, no tatty seams or fabric edges anywhere. Shame about the damage but can glue the foot on and the broken corner of the tray doesn’t actually interfere with usage…….I am happy to keep it.

This is a nice sewing box, but I actually needed something a little bigger. I don't sew very often, but I had 2 old sewing boxes that needed to be combined into one. This barely held everything. Just a few more inches taller would have been perfect.
