I’ve been using this device for 3 months and have it set at every 5 minutes.When it vibrates I inhale, come into my body and do a quick checkin if how I’m feeling.This has helped me stay calm and in the present moment. Plus... how often do we do deep inhales?

This never worked. It goes off all the time, not working even if I set it for 30 minutes periods. It goes off and does not vibrate at all. Just so annoying. I was too late and now cannot return it or change it. So disappointed with this.---------- a day later...So after contacting the seller they send a new one that works perfectly. They are great so I am giving more stars than before for it works... and the customer service is great...

I ordered this last week and I used it all throughout the holiday weekend - great product!

I have the original MotivAider and love, love, love, it! I use it in low light sessions and can feel the restart easily. This new unit does not allow for simplicity of use. The restart is way too complicated to find for my use. The company needs to provide a selection of units to provide for multiple work environments. I had to keep the new unit in case I misplace the original one, otherwise, I would send it back.

So disappointing. This version is so inferior compared to the quality product you had years ago. I have to change the battery AGAIN after a couple months. Time to look for something different to use. Real bummer.

This new version Gen 5 is so much more complicated than the older versions. Bring back the older, simpler Motivaider!
