Great product, outstanding customer service
This is a nice sturdy step ladder. The hand rails are awesome for added stability. I had a minor issue that customer service jumped on immediately. I have never dealt with such an outstanding customer service department. They deserve 5 stars for the job they did for me. I don't understand why there are any negative comments. Apparently, those people did not contact the company. The company is friendly, eager to help, and is definitely there for the customer! Thank you Luisladders.

Don't buy unless offered through Prime
It is not usable for taller people. I could not access the third step without my knee hitting the top step. It's also a little wobbly. The screws for the safety bars don't seem long enough, just barely make it through to the nut.Customers have to pay for return shipping, I should have tried a ladder offered with Prime. This is the worst shopping experience I've ever had on Amazon.

Very useful...Not as heavy as you'd think
I was hesitant to buy something this big. The storage of it would be a nightmare. Easy to screw on the handrails, which you can take off if your storage space is limited...but I use them. First time I used it, before I got onto it, it seemed a bit wobbly. As soon as I got on it, it was sturdy. Even up to the fourth stair. Not as heavy as you'd think. Easy for this senior lady to cart around. Better than my little Giant Ladder...unless I want to go 13'...and, frankly, I have no desire to do that. Easier to move around when not open. Good purchase. Only thing, the little 'tool' carrier does not fit on the top of the ladder....so don't try as it will rip. WAAay too small. I cut the web tabs and sewed in Velcro on the holder and the webbing. Now they come on and off easily.

Nice solid ladder
This is a well-built ladder, unlike some of the crap sold on Amazon. It is perfect for changing light bulbs on high ceilings. I would recommend this product

Wobbly
One of the four legs doesn't touch the floor until you step on the ladder, then it feels wobbly, so I think it must be warped, however the carton looked fine when delivered, so it must be the ladder itself. Also it Is very light weight, so easy to move around. Just afraid to climb on it unless someone is holding it steady, due to the wobbling. The price would have been OK if it was sturdy, but for what I got, it was way too much money. I don't usually write bad reviews, but this ladder just doesn't make me feel safe when on it.

I feel safe on this ladder
The width of the steps, side handles and top rail allow me to feel safe changing my ceiling light bulbs again and i'm 72 1/2 years old. Kudos also to the seller to quickly responded to my question on Easter Sunday (!) and gave me a generous rebate for a small missing part. I could put this together and save paying a handy man to changing my ceiling light bulbs. Because of the extra supports mentioned, it is heavier than my other 8 ft ladder but worth it!

Wonderful, no longer do let let the fear of falling prevent me from doing my own projects!
I love this ladder. I had a total hip replacement, multiple ear surgeries and I am old. I am safe on this ladder, easy to position and balance. I can carry it all over my property and most importantly I can do the work without feeling like I am taking my life in my hands! I is very well made so I doubt I would ever need to replace it but might buy one that is taller for projects I never thought I could or should tackle!

Very needed!
It is so wonderful that I have something to hold on to when up high. I don't get dizzy because I can hold on to the railing. It is a life saver for older persons!
