This toy is alot of fun. Just make sure when you use the rocket blaster you are on carpet. It shoots so high that the force of landing on hard floor caused it to break off the bottom of rocket making it unusable...But other than that it created alot of giggles.

All the pieces are very difficult to keep attached. Most of the cars leak because of this and don’t inflate the balloon. The rockets work the best, but that’s not saying much. It is hard for my child to do on their own. The only reason for ANY stars is that when it does work, my child loves it. Would be a good value worth at a third of the price, but not for $25. Very disappointing. The fact there are so many different versions by “different” companies should have clued me in on this mass produced trash.

Cute product. Not intended for young toddlers as there are small parts and balloons.The astronaut and rocket are my favorite. They actually go into the air. High enough to hit the ceiling. Be careful with that as a kid might put their face over the rocket and get hurt.Young toddlers will break the cars in no time and have difficulty trying to attach the accessories to the pump. Getting the accessories to clamp onto the pump, even as an adult, isn’t the easiest either. If younger toddlers are playing with this I would suggest parental supervision. The cars are easily broken or taken apart into smaller pieces and, of course, the balloons: all a chocking hazard. Many times it is difficult to get a great seal on the accessories. You need to have a good seal on the accessories for the balloon to inflate correctly. If not you must pump the balloon quickly and release the accessory quickly or it will loose too much air.It might have a few downfalls, but overall it is a fun toy. You can even use it as an educational toy/tool.

We’ve used this toy in speech therapy and my son loved it so I decided to buy one for home. I made the mistake of buying this cheaper option and it’s not nearly as sturdy or well made. I even ordered a replacement and it’s the exact same. I thought it was faulty but turns out that’s just how the pump is. The air constantly leaks out of the balloons, the balloons don’t inflate easily, the rocket pump doesn’t clip in well and falls out super easily from the main pump unless you’re holding it together. Which defeats the purpose of my son using this independently. Overall not impressed with this.

This is a awesome toy to play with kid tech them how to figure out the game and blow up the ballon it encourages them to explore.

This is the cutest idea and the few times we have managed to get this to work my toddler has squealed with excitement and delight. There are both brightly colored cars shaped like cars and animals and a special launcher with a rocket and spaceman that launches into the air. You fit the car or launcher into the valve on the front of the pumper, pump to inflate the balloon (this has been good for counting practice) and then push the button and the car SHOULD race forward or the spaceman or rocket should launch into the air. The big issue with this (I am going to exchange and see if ours is defective or they are all like this) is that you cannot securely connect the cars to the pump so they are not inflating well or pop off in the middle of pumping. There are no directions for how to do this (but my husband is an engineer). We have tried pressing them into the little edges, sliding the car in, and putting the car in and pressing and turning it around to try to screw it in. Sometimes they hold, many times they don't. This is definitely too difficult for a toddler to do without help (we have worked hard to place the car and let the toddler pump the handle and push the button) even when it does work, but most of the time it does not. Really hoping we got a defective one and the replacement will work better. If it does, I will update this review to reflect that. If we can find one where the cars fit into the pump and stay throughout pumping to launch, this will be a really super fun toy. Right now with it not working, it is very frustrating and my toddler can't understand why I cannot make it work or why we can't keep playing with it.

I can’t fault this toy, our toddler LOVES it! He plays with it daily and because it’s easy to use it promotes independence so I can have 5 minutes with the newborn!It’s great value for money, all the pieces worked as advertised and a good size for travel if we are staying overnight!

It doesn’t work

Easy for a 3 yr old to operate & she was so excited to be able to operate & play with these cars.
