When the product arrived, unfortunately some the bottles had been broken in transit, I contacted Amazon customer services and the gentleman I dealt with was brilliant and very quickly helped solve the issue providing a discount for the broken items. The remaining bottles were ok and the tomato sauce is lovely.

This ketchup is absolutely delicious! This is miles superior to ordinary ketchup and has a delightful spicy twist that Big Tom fan like myself will love. Also big plus that it's in glass, so no nasty plasticy taste.
